About the role:
Our clients count on us to make the legal process seamless and efficient from scheduling court reporters and legal videographers to ensuring transcripts are delivered on time and flawlessly accurate. As a Partner Scheduling Supervisor (Digital Solutions), you will supervise all aspects of Partner Scheduling creating a positive experience for clients and subcontractors prior to proceeding taking place.
What you'll get to do:
- Ensure that the mission and goals of the Partner Scheduling team are achieved
- Oversee the coordination of scheduling partners to assignments
- Provide supervision and guidance to Partner Scheduling team and department colleagues
- Execute procedures and policies of the department
- Communicate regularly with other Partner Scheduling Managers, Directors and VPs
- Onboard and support new vendors including Reporter Portal, job acceptance and submission and reporter pay questions
- Ensure all vendor assignments have been made by Independent Contractors (IC) by 3pm local time day before proceeding
- Ensure Quality Control check all assignments by the end of the day prior to proceeding to assure that:
- Every service requested has appropriate vendor assigned
- Review orders and understand what is required by IC
- Location is clear
- Prior transcript is sent or provided via Veritext Portal
- All assignments are confirmed by client
- All assignments are confirmed by IC
- Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors and staff to ensure proper execution of all aspects of upcoming jobs are met
- Be accessible in the event of after-hour emergencies
The kind of teammate we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of related experience
- Court reporting industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office required
- Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately
- Must be detail oriented, organized and be able to multi-task
- Proactive and motivated with strong problem solving and follow up skills
- Must be able to work both independently and with a team
