Description Metric5 is looking for a motivated Junior Tririga Developer. The ideal Junior IBM TRIRIGA Developer will have hands on experience working in a true agile environment. You will join an Agile program responsible for the development, maintenance, security, and operational support of existing IBM TRIRIGA applications. You are a cross-functional developer with a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will participate in all phases of the development lifecycle concept, technical design, development, testing, release, and maintenance. You are comfortable working in an agile environment, you are proactive in identifying risks and you seek to continuously improve. The successful candidate will work directly with customers, test engineers, and other team members throughout all stages of the development lifecycle to implement application enhancements. You have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You are agile and retrospective, and not afraid to identify what we are doing wrong so we can fix it, and what we are doing right so we can improve on it. Specifics Enhance and maintain existing IBM TRIRIGA applications that include elements of project, document, and space management, as well as CAD integration and reporting Develop, modify, or configure moderately complex software applications from detailed specifications using development best practices to ensure high quality Test, troubleshoot, maintain and enhance IBM TRIRIGA applications based on business requirements, customer feedback, and industry best practices Follow the teamrsquos established Agile processes, to include short- and long-term planning, cross functional support, and product demonstrations to stakeholders and users Required Skills 1-3 years of experience developing, customizing, and maintaining IBM TRIRIGA applications based on customer requirements and user feedback In previous 3 years, demonstrated experience working on IBM TRIRIGA projects on Application version 10.0 or later and Platform version 3.0 or later Understanding of the IBM TRIRIGA Integrated Work Management System (IWMS) client-based CAD IntegratorPublisher Experience developing maintaining TRIRIGA Query Reports, Graphic Query Reports, BIRT Reports Experience integrating appropriate security controls with TRIRIGA applications and existing IT infrastructure to include application security and role-based access control Experience with software tools like Jira, Bitbucket, and Git Working experience with automated build and deployment pipelines and integration tools such as Jenkins and Github Desired Skills Completed ldquoFundamentals of IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform V3.2.1 Application Developmentrdquo exam or similar IBM Certified Associate Application Developer - TRIRIGA Application Platform V3.2.1 certification or similar Completed IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform I Course Completed IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform II Course Experience supporting TSA and other DHS Agencies Experience working in ScrumAgile environment Ability to demonstrate and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Able to clearly communicate with both customers and teammates and provide recommendations for improvements to existing software applications Certification IBM Certified Associate Application Developer - TRIRIGA Application Platform V3.2.1 or similar Education Bachelorrsquos degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience Years of Experience 1+ years of experience or more Clearance Must be a United States Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance for this government position.
