SummaryMiTek HVAC Design Services is currently searching for a driven and self-motivated individual to join the team as an HVAC designer. This position is remote positionJob Responsibilities & RequirementsCurrent day to day duties would consist of the following:Reviewing floor plans and software files as needed per projectFinding solutions to situational issues that may arise with customersCommunicate with Project Manager on assigned and completed tasks on a regular day to day basis.Keep track of time for completed work to help Project Manager with Scheduling.Looking for someone with the following skills and experience:Experience reading and understanding architectural plansKnowledge of residential single family, townhome construction and building thermal science (ACCA Manual J, S, D and T)Right-Suite Universal knowledgeAutoCAD and Autodesk Architecture knowledge is a plusPrior experience with Architectural floor plans as it pertains to single family and townhome projects. Frame knowledge is a plus with both stick frame and truss layout.
