Job Description We’re looking for a talented teammate… To join us for a summer Total Rewards Internship! This position is ideal for a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student passionate about Total Rewards (benefits, compensation, recognition). This intern will have the opportunity to truly learn about how a highly functioning HR team supports a growing business! This hybrid role requires a weekly in-person meeting in the Denver Metro Area. What we need help with… Support efforts for our wellness and other benefits program Exposure to the administration of our jobs and compensation structures Supports other parts of the HR function Exciting candidates have… Active enrollment as a 3rd or 4th year pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2025, prefer degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field  Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer (Early June through early August) Based in the Denver Metro Area Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience using Microsoft Office products Compensation Range: $20 - $24 / hour Any offered rate is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. Compensation Range $18.85 - $24.80 Currency USD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
