Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR business partner to join our team as we continue to scale. As a business partner, you will help align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of business functions, strong communication skills, exceptional strategic thinking, and good organizational skills. The HR business partner should improve HR initiatives, enhance staff morale, contribute to attaining business goals, and promote good HR practices.

Responsibilities
    • As a Business Partner, you will:
    • Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business strategy.
    • Act as a change agent through process design and approaches that support change and transformation.
    • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with leaders to develop solutions and programs.
    • Provide day-to-day coaching to managers on a variety of actions, including employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development.
    • May assist with pre screening candidate applications and resumes for required skills; experience and knowledge to fit position requirements.
    • Additional Responsibilities Include:
    • Support employee development
    • Plan strategic HR initiatives
    • Manage FMLA/ Short term disability leave administration
    • Co-manage new hire orientation and onboarding processes
    • Manage annual performance management processes
    • Manage learning and development initiatives
    • Maintain employee relations
    • Update policies and practices


Qualifications
    • Minimum 4 years experience as HR Generalist or BP.
    • Agency background or startup experience preferred.
    • Experience working in multi state organizations.
    • Experience working within HRIS systems
