We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a HubSpot Operations Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension/perm based on performance and organisational needs). As the HubSpot Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising and managing our HubSpot platform to enhance our marketing and sales efforts. This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in HubSpot administration, marketing automation, and CRM management.
- Take ownership of the HubSpot platform, ensuring it is configured to meet the organisation's needs.
- Implement best practices for data management, segmentation, and lead scoring.
- Design, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective workflows, email campaigns, and lead capture forms.
- Oversee the CRM system within HubSpot, optimising it for efficient sales processes.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales activities.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop and deliver regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximise results.
Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for team members on HubSpot best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues and addressing queries.
What you’ll have:
- Proven experience in HubSpot administration and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- HubSpot certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
