A New York City banking company is currently seeking a new HRIS Consultant for a great Remote opportunity with their staff.
The HRIS Consultant (Remote) will be responsible for p?????reparing, interpreting, and analyzing reports on topics such as turnover, benefits entitlement, performance reviews, wage reviews and D&I.
- 3+ years of experience managing Workday HR Suite
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or a related field
- Strong functional knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (Core HRMS, Recruitment, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits)
- Experience with large scale Workday HRIS specifically Payroll and Absence Management/Time Tracking
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
