HRIS Consultant opportunity with Legal client! Virtual Interview, Immediate Remote Start!

Our Legal client is seeking a qualified HRIS Consultant with the following:

• At least a 5 years combination with Oracle HCM or similar HRIS.
• Preferable experience with SQL, XML, XSLT, and Relational Database design.
• Nice to have - previous experience with a legal/law firm or similar professional services company.
• Oversee and implement necessary system upgrades and patches; ensure new features and functionality are deployed successfully.
• Develop and oversee execution of test scripts pre- and post-system upgrades.
• Help identify areas of improvement to streamline and automate HR and Firm processes.
• Position will be Full Remote during pandemic; however, may return to hybrid onsite later this year in New York, NY. Preferable candidates that are in the area.
