Position Description: HRIS Analyst

FLSA Status: Exempt
+ Partner with Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and other business partners to implement and support all HR technology solutions and functions.
+ Provide Tier 3 employee support to research and troubleshoot non-routine HR system issues, primarily in Workday, including creating and monitoring service requests with software vendors and consultants, as required.
+ Collaborates with HRIS team members and other HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions, including completing appropriate system configurations. Focus may be on Workday HCM and Recruiting Modules or Talent and Benefits.
+ Perform HR system testing for system implementations, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
+ Serves as liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR and Workday projects.
+ Organize and oversee HR systems related projects. Build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule and other specifications.
+ 3 years HR Systems experience that includes working in a technical support capacity in a SaaS or Cloud environment
+ Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
+ Workday experience with HCM and Recruiting OR Talent and Benefits strongly preferred

Working ConditionsOffice environment. This position may work remotely after training is successfully completed.
