We set them.Job SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant II is responsible for passive searches of candidates and is aligned to a client group that hires critical roles with niche skill sets. The accountabilities for this type of sourcing include implementation of a strategic sourcing plan, which includes industry research, competitive intelligence, customized email, internet forums, LinkedIn campaigns, interactive social media, cold-calling and building networks to ensure that there's a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates. The accountabilities may also include database mining of in house tools such as ATS and CRM, internet searches, resume searching, and prescreening targeted potential candidates. Key ResponsibilitiesInitiates the development of search strategy, including construction target lists, researching of candidate profiles and matching necessary competencies to experience, utilizing internal/external resources, market intelligence, and proprietary databases,Monitor and track industry happenings, competitor intelligence and corporate events specific to functionMaintain the integrity of candidate management databasesImplements traditional, creative and targeted search/marketing strategies Develop subject matter expertise regarding functionality and searching optimizationAssists in leveraging social media outlets for posting, pipelines and building Allstate's brandParticipates in ad-hoc projects aligned with TA and/or organization strategies and goalsUnderstands job requirements; strong knowledge of skills and abilities (competencies) Ability to anticipate business needs and adjust sourcing strategies on a regular basis on market trendsEvaluate sourcing techniques to determine effectiveness based on data, efficiency, and feedbackPreferred QualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience3-5 years of related experienceCertificates, Licenses, RegistrationsCertifications in recruitment, human resources, or recruitment marketingFunctional SkillsHigh-volume search experience in a corporate environment preferredClient relationship skills with the ability to communicate proactively and consistently Professional with organizational and communication skillsAnalytical thinking, project management, problem solving, and a creative mindsetAdvanced time management skills including ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and organizeEmbraces and effectively navigates changeUtilizes data to inform actions to reach desired client outcomes; leverages data and a continuous improvement mindset to drive own performance and career developmentStrong commitment to operational excellenceCompensation DataCompensation range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.Good Work.
