Job Description

Remote opportunity with ability to attend in person meetings in Lebanon when neededPurpose:Assist the Senior HR Systems Analysts and the ERP team in maintaining HR Applications through working with end users and others to troubleshoot issues. Additionally, to implement new functionality and perform data loads while ensuring the quality of the data and the application. Provide expertise to end users to support their needs.Key Responsibilities: As the 'super user', assists end users of all HR Applications, including but not limited to PeopleSoft, Verity, MSS, ESS, Onbase, Halogen, Healthcare Source, Elsevier and Taleo in all aspects of the usage of the application. Works side by side with the Senior HRIS Analysts, ERP and vendors during problem solving and upgrades. Monitors HRIS mailbox providing direct end user support where possible and escalating others to the Senior HRIS team for resolution. Logs calls in call tracking system to maintain history and reporting of work. Troubleshoots and performs required analysis of issues in order to appropriately assess solutions. Specifically, for Verity, keeps job code requirements up to date in PeopleSoft for licensures. Monitors system performance, ensures file transmission success, monitors alerts, creates adhoc PeopleSoft and verity reports. Manages data loads, table updates and reporting when necessary. Develops standard and adhoc reports as needed to provide superior support to end users and senior management. Ensures data integrity by continuously maintaining data standards and ensuring consistently reportable data. Serves as primary contact for end users. Works with others in HR and end users to prepare and present training materials that will enhance the end user experience and provide best practice training.Performs other duties as required or assigned.Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree with 2 years of experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Demonstrated ability to work with on-line applications and experience with distance learning desired. Must be self-directed and have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills essential. Expertise in software applications essential.Required Licensure/Certification Skills:None
