The successful candidate will serve as an internal resource for employees and trainers. You will create e-learnings via PowerPoint/Articulate Storyline, collaborate on in-person trainings, support Fraser Orientation for new hires, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Fraser Training program offerings. This role will also deliver training for customized programs to address specific divisional needs, which may include Strengths Finder, Teambuilding, Diversity Training, Enhancing Team Communication Effectiveness, e-learning course creation and Customer Service.Core Responsibilities: Organize and lead projects from idea to implementation for the Learning & Development functional area of HR.Create customized trainings using adult learning theory and e-learning technology to meet the organization's learning needs.Facilitate in-person trainings to diverse audiences for customized programs which may include Strengths Finder, Teambuilding, Enhancing Team Communication Effectiveness, Customer Service, etc.Support the overall Fraser training strategy by serving as an internal resource for employees and trainers and for the continuous improvement of Fraser Training program offerings.Other duties as assigned.Fraser Offers:Competitive compensation and benefits packageScheduled performance feedback & opportunity for pay raises based on performanceWork-life balance is important; Fraser offers generous paid time off to those employed full time403(b) retirement account with Fraser contributionReferral bonusesVerizon Wireless cell phone plan and accessories discountLocation and Schedule:This position will be a remote hybrid schedule with 2 day at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota and 3 days remote.Monday through Friday, during standard business hoursQualifications:BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field with relevant coursework required, or equivalent relevant education and experience.Minimum of 6 months to one year of experience in developing and facilitating classroom training and on-line learning required.Valid Minnesota Driver's License with acceptable record required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required, and technical expertise in Articulate, Adobe Acrobat, Camtasia, learning management systems/databases, video equipment/editing software, online meeting software such as WebEx highly preferred.Experience implementing new technologies and fostering a supportive company culture that embraces change required.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.Professional communication and interpersonal skills to partner with all levels of the organization required.Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism and inclusion with focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness and reflection.If this ad makes you excited, apply today!
