Stefanini is looking for a HR Solutions Supervisor: Remote

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven person to join our HR Solutions Compliance team. More important than your years of work history is the value you bring with transferrable skills, excitement to learn new things, and the ability to work confidently and reliably with vague guidelines and confidential information will be critical.

Job Description:In this role, you will report to an HR Solutions Supervisor and work with a team of 6 to help deliver our pre-employment compliance requirements.
This includes managing confidential information, initiating and reviewing thousands of background checks per year, managing those background results against client standards, and often, partnering with our Legal team to make pass/fail determinations.
Along with your immediate team, you will work with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and employees navigating the background check and credentialing process.
This team's work is critical to client's risk management and our clients' and customers' security.
You will learn about HR compliance including employment law, federal regulations, state laws, and drug testing guidelines.

Key skills we are looking for in our new team member:-Great attitude!-Confident communicator.-2 years' experience in corporate office setting.-Able to flex between autonomous work and team collaboration.-Superior customer service skills, providing a white-glove experience.-Someone who takes accountability and proactively finds root causes to problem solve.-Experience working, making decisions, and resolving escalations in ambiguous situations/in the grey.-Work history in HR, Employee Relations, or experience with Sterling Talent Solutions/Sterling BackCheck would be helpful.-Comfortable speaking with and delivering sensitive information in a positive manner to senior leaders, employees, and candidates.
