Job Description


The HR HELP team is an HR contact center for all firm associates and leaders at our client. This team provides HR service and support on HR policies and/or practices and provide timely resolution to associate HR concerns.

Responsibility Summary

The core responsibilities of the HR Generalist position is answering questions and addressing concerns as the first point of contact from US firm associates for all HR related matters including, but not limited to Policy and Procedures, COVID-19, Compensation, HR Records, Recruiting and Associate Relations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

One or more years of experience in a Human Resource related field, or customer service-related field is preferred

HR Generalist experience is preferred

Comfort level with 95% time spent doing inbound phone work.

Preferred Qualifications

BS/BA in Human Resource related field or equivalent HR experience is preferred

Subject matter expertise in HR discipline such as Employee Relations, Policy, Compensation, Recruiting.

Familiar with PeopleSoft, MS word, Service Center or other Contact Mgmt. platform tool.

Comfort level with providing coaching on HR Policy and delivering difficult messages.

Ability to think strategically, identify process improvement solutions to HR HELP work

Solid problem-solving skills
