-Will be carrying out a wide variety of HR processes supporting hundreds of sites across the US.
- Please note that this is a very data entry heavy role! However must be comfortable picking up the phone.
-Processes will include time and attendance, absence management, appeals and other new and innovative offerings that haven't even been thought of yet.
-The main idea is that these people will be provided back office HR support for Fulfillment Centers all over North America. They will be helping a new site each day so it's a lot of moving parts.
-Will involve a lot of reporting, roster management for sites, time keeping, and more so having solid Excel and computer skills is a must.
$21 per hour
-Data Analytics: Produce and analyze reports to assist with labor planning and management. Utilize HRIS systems for
data entry, modification, and reporting.
-Compensation and Payroll: Partner with multiple site managers to ensure payroll accuracy through audits, reporting,
and proactive measures.
-Roster Management: Partner with site teams to ensure roster accuracy through audits, reporting, and modifications.
-Time and Attendance: Partner with site teams to ensure employees are on the correct schedule and shift patterns.
Compile reports to support sites in identifying time and attendance irregularities, and point out when something
doesn't look right - ensuring our associates are paid correctly and on time.
-Associate Engagement: Work with Associates to answer HR questions and provide guidance where required. Partner
with sites to drive and report on associate retention activities.
Notes from an AM who has job shadowed this role:
The HR Assistants will be investigating reports that come out and ensuring accuracy of the cases. They will be working a lot in Excel and will be doing a lot of copying and pasting and data entry, the job can be a tad redundant at times. They will take the Employee ID, Copy it from Excel, and paste it into Kronos with their notes or timekeeping information. An example of something they could be investigating is "was this contractor really a job abonnement, or what happened here?" They will assist with Payroll and other HR duties as well!

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of coordinator, scheduling, data entry/admin or related customer service experience required.
- Must have high attention to detail, strong computer and communication skills and be Proficient in Excel!
•(They will be reviewing a lot of reports and inputting them into Kronos. Need to at least know how to navigate a macro or have a decent understanding of what they are. Same thing with Pivot Tables and overall Excel)
- Strong Job Tenure is very important to the hiring manager!
- Prior HR/Recruiting/Payroll experience is a huge plus!
