  • Lead a team with 7-9 individual contributors (IC), backend and frontend engineers responsible for a specific business domain in our product.
  • Owner of the end to end execution of your area. Architecture, code, QA, code review, production deployment, and monitoring.
  • Responsible for your team's IC career growth and solving interpersonal issues
  • Implement necessary processes to achieve Delivery speed, Quality, and Value of your domain.
  • Work with other EMs to define cross-team and organizational processes
  • Align with other EMs to help coordinate between Product Managers and Tech Leads.
  • Join forces with Tech Lead, Product Designer, and Product Manager to ensure a high standard of product quality.
  • Act as an interface for cross-domain issues with other teams.
  • Be part of engineering management that will shape the R&D DNA.

  • At least 3 years leading engineering teams with 5+ direct reports.
  • At least 5 years of backend engineering experience with either JVM Languages, C#, or C++.
  • At least 3 years experience with large-scale distributed systems of more than 1M users in production using microservices / Service-oriented architecture.
  • At least 3 years experience working for a product engineering team in B2C or B2B2C Product company.
  • At least 2 years experience with NO SQL DB's.
  • At least 2 years experience with SQL DB's.
  • At least 2 years experience with event streaming, such as Kafka.
  • At least 2 years experience with end-to-end responsibility for executing features with agile methodologies.
