The DCX Client Services Home-Based Graphic Designer plays a key role in crafting visually compelling designs that align with client objectives. WHAT YOU WILL DO Graphic Design: Create logos, artwork, and pre-production designs that align with brand guidelines. Branding: Apply brand guidelines to maintain consistency across visual assets. Photo Editing: Enhance images to optimize quality and visual appeal. Layout & Typesetting: Design layouts for print and digital content, ensuring readability and aesthetic appeal. Website Mockups: Develop engaging website mockups featuring strong visual elements. Template Creation: Design templates and redraw items based on specifications and photos. Quality Control: Review final layouts and recommend improvements when needed. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and manage expectations. Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other design-related tasks as needed. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in graphic design or a similar role. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications. Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign. Knowledge of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Passion for design with a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and innovation.
