Number of Openings: 1 Job Description The DCX Financial & Sales Assistant will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will support our Senior Underwriter in managing a high volume of client interactions for our lending business. Our company provides financing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses awaiting their tax credits from the IRS and US state agencies. The Senior Underwriter currently handles multiple new deals each day, most of which require extensive document collection and financial analysis before deals are approved or declined. This role will focus on managing new client interactions, collecting documents, processing financial statements, and servicing the existing portfolio of borrowers. The ideal candidate excels in multitasking, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Process and organize financial documents, ensuring compliance. Complete checklists accurately and on time. Compile and analyze financial statements, including EBITDA calculations. Service and monitor a portfolio of client accounts. Administrative assistance Management Reporting Qualifications: At least 1-3 years of prior Accounting or Finance experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong responsiveness and ability to prioritize client needs. Timeliness in completing tasks and meeting deadlines. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail for financial documentation accuracy.
