About the Role:
This fully remote position focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding high volumes of agents for U.S.-based campaigns. Most of our candidates come from Mexico and Latin America, so Spanish fluency is a big plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently hire 100+ qualified reps weekly
- Source through job boards, social platforms, and referrals
- Run efficient screening and selection processes
- Manage applicant pipelines and prep hires for start dates
- Partner with onboarding/training teams for Day 1 readiness
- Track metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success recruiting at scale (BPO/call center preferred)
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage
- Familiar with LATAM recruiting platforms and practices
Bonus Points for:
- Experience hiring in Mexico, Colombia, or Central America
- Familiarity with dialers like Vicidial or Five9
- A network of qualified call center candidates
