Help Desk TRVJP4498 6 Month Contract ndash Temp to Perm Remote This is a Monday-Friday role - 9 AM to 6 PM EST. Competencies Technical Knowledge Experience a plus Windows 10, MS Office 365, Remedy Ticketing System, Remote tools, iPhone, and Android troubleshooting Primary Duties Troubleshoots problems and provides or obtains a timely resolution. Answers call related to PC and host applications, hardware capabilities, and connectivity problems. Fully functioning technical resource for trouble-shooting problems and developing timely and effective responses related to application systems, PC software, and hardware capabilities Understands established service level agreements, and effectively works to meet or exceed those standards. Identifies and communicates operational issues, provides input regarding appropriate solutions and effectively implements the chosen approach. Document new solutions or procedures to submit into the knowledgebase.
