Such activities include leading hiring manager discussions for openings, leveraging creative sourcing methods, screening candidates using behavioral based techniques, obtaining salary quotes, extending offers, generating offer letters, completing all required pre-employment checks and ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.This is mostly a work from home position however travel to Louisville, KY and Paducah, KY will happen from time to time. We are seeking a candidate that lives within 3-4 hours of these locations. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE ABLE TO:Work independently, without direct supervision and be able to organize their time and resources to maximize their productivity.Use data and information to analyze trends and to identify bottlenecks with building talent pipelines.Have exceptional research skills to determine the best methodologies to build robust talent pipelines using a variety of methods.Present Recruitment strategies and recommendations for the purpose of seeking buy in and in some cases budget approval to execute on the plans.Manage projects (requisitions) from initiation through completion while providing an exceptional candidate and internal customer experience.Understand the sense of urgency around filling openings with top talent.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree, or directly related work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.4-7 years of Recruitment experience either in a Corporate or Agency setting.Strong Microsoft Office skills.Strong Database Management skills.Prior experience working with ATS software, especially Workday is highly desired.Prior Healthcare Recruitment experience, is preferred.Prior Recruitment experience working from home, is highly desired.In-state travel required during the first few months of training.If you would like to be part of a growing family focused on supporting clinical excellence, teamwork and innovation, we urge you to apply now!Baptist Health is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
