The Field Recruiter II, Clinical Support will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and will support recruitment efforts and drive initiatives for clinical support roles within assigned department including RNs, LVN/LPNs, CNAs and Therapy.
Source candidates through direct channels, network groups, internet sourcing, email, blogs and networking events, talent mapping and relationship building
Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and LinkedIn messaging.
Qualify candidate applications and sourced candidates by conducting resume/profile review and telephone screens to match experience and qualifications to position job description.
Build talent pipelines and continuously foster relationships with candidates ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Oversee full life-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
Attend hiring leader recruiting strategy discussions to gain insight into the qualifications and skills needed for open positions; analyzes client requirements against qualifications of candidates and matches the best candidates with client needs.
Accomplishments & Core Competencies:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with recruiting tools and web technology used for company and candidate research/sourcing.
Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience within healthcare, especially nurse recruitment; therapy recruiting experience a plus.
Resourceful, a creative problem solver with the ability to start a sourcing approach from scratch.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills and able to build relationship and rapport quickly and deliver outstanding internal and external customer service.
