About the Role

Thanks to rapid growth in demand for our industry leading software, Teramind is seeking an experienced Head of Sales Enablement. This role will own coaching, tactical execution and competitive positioning across our Sales and Customer Success functions.

You will be the subject-matter expert on Teramind’s value propositions across productivity and security use cases, helping connect the capabilities of our cutting edge platform to common customer requirements on both a strategic and tactical level.


  • Minimum 4 years experience in Enterprise B2B Sales
  • Experience with SaaS and complex sales cycles
  • Experience with technical/executive audiences preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot highly preferred
  • Experience with coaching and mentoring sales people
  • Comfortable with white space and green field technologies
  • Exceptional written communication skills

Your day to day responsibilities will include: 

  • Regular call reviews with members of the Enterprise Sales and CS teams
  • Coaching and up-skilling team members to hone their ability to deliver maximum value to our end-users
  • Identifying messaging and execution gaps in 1:1 and 1:Many conversations
  • Continuous improvement of the overall Sales and CS sales motions from both a procedural and tactical level
  • Enhancing broad organizational awareness of the competitive landscape

You can expect up to 3 interviews. In some scenarios, we’re able to streamline the process to have minimal rounds. Director-level roles and above should expect a more thorough process, with multiple rounds of interviews.
