Job Summary: The Head of Payor Sales is responsible for managing, developing and leading a team of mid-career & senior enterprise sales executives who sell Sharecare solutions to health plans and other payors. The VP Payor Sales adds substantial value across multiple functional areas, divisions, product groups to achieve team revenue targets while aligning with Sharecare's overall mission and Company goals. This experienced leader adds direct input to various team(s) to develop new methods and solve Company-wide matters including meeting multiple client needs, capacity planning, and overall client satisfaction. Essential Job Functions: Achieve and exceed team revenue targets through execution of sales to payors Forecast Pipeline and deal progressions to Sr. Leadership on a weekly, monthly, annual basis Coach and develop team members against key performance criteria Identify, attract, and retain top sales talent that will support Sharecare's payor strategy Achieve and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue targets in specific geographic and market segments. Work closely with the broader sales management team to ensure alignment with key corporate initiatives and goals. Coach and develop team members to improve on key productivity measurements. Develop strategic territory plans to maximize revenue out of assigned market segments and accounts. Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets to executive leadership on a timely basis. Leverage to manage team opportunities and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting. Work closely with sales team members to demonstrate Sharecare solutions to prospective customers via in-person or web presentations. Support team members and RFP team with sales proposal delivery to prospective clients. Coordinate with Sharecare Implementation Services, Account Management and Client Success on pre/post-sales implementation, launch plans, and hand-off process. Collaborate and coordinate with Marketing to support voice of customer and influence our demand generation efforts and mindshare creation. Participate and support cross functional projects as requested by the Senior Leadership team. Specific Skills/ Attributes: Demonstrate service excellence. Track record of achieving sales results within a competitive environment. High energy, drive, achievement orientation. Experience in an entrepreneurial environment is required. Highly developed organizational, planning and management skills with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others. The ability to take a vigorous hands-on role in marketing products and services to large accounts. Solid organizational, management, administrative and human relations skills in a style that exhibits maturity, leadership, sensitivity and teamwork. Qualifications: A minimum of 10-15 years of related experience; with at least 7 years of progressive experience managing others and track record of quota achievement Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree highly preferred Proficient experience with Salesforce required Excellent knowledge of sales methodology, territory planning, process optimization and data analysis. Sales training and demonstrated experience with solution, consultative, strategic and/or conceptual selling is necessary.
