As a Head of Marketing Design you'll manage a super talented team of 10 marketing and motion designers, working on design and animation distributed across the various directions: acquisition-oriented designs (web, performance marketing), campaign designs (multichannel release & marketing campaigns), template production and B2B marketing design.

You'll guide the creative direction of our two software products (Linearity Curve and Linearity Move) to build the Linearity Suite brand & be involved in the creative direction of our template production and AppStore campaigns. Proficiency in design software like Adobe suite and Figma, motion design, understanding design trends, user experience principles, and a data-driven mindset are crucial.

Life as a Head of Marketing Design at Linearity:

  • Set and maintain the creative direction for Linearity Curve, Linearity Move and Linearity Suite products as well as marketing campaigns.
  • Improve the speed of asset turnaround time by building up the scalable asset library and marketing asset templates etc.
  • Lead, manage and mentor a team of ~10 Marketing and Motion Designers.
  • Review the work of team members and provide feedback to ensure their growth and development.
  • Manage incoming project flow, distribute tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing design projects.
  • Ensure all assets are delivered in line with the corporate visual identity (CVI).
  • Continuously improve the design process, document and implement best practices.
  • Report on results and progress to senior leadership.

  • Deep knowledge of design trends, tools, and technologies
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Fluency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc (Linearity Curve experience is a bug plus)
  • Experience with motion design
  • Proven track record of managing teams with 7+ people
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • ROI-driven mindset and ability to estimate project delivery as well as resources
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment
  • Strong knowledge of user experience design principles and best practices

Nice to have skills:

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced company (like a tech startup)
