Are you interested in joining our fully-remote team as the Head of Growth? We are looking for a driven and strategic leader to take on this exciting role within our organization. You will be at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge growth strategies and fostering valuable partnerships that propels the Merit Circle DAO forward.

In this role, you will work closely alongside the Head of Strategy, implementing our growth initiatives and ensuring they align seamlessly with the DAO’s objectives. This position demands a blend of strategic acumen and exceptional communication skills, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the financial industry. You must demonstrate a proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships while identifying and seizing new business opportunities. 

As a Head of Growth, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

  • Develop and implement the company's growth strategy aligned with the Merit Circle's objectives
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and prioritise new business opportunities
  • Assist the Head of Strategy in day-to-day tasks and implement growth strategies
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with our infrastructure and new product partners
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within the Web3 gaming sector
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall company objectives
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine and enhance growth strategies
  • Work closely with the product team to identify and implement features that drive user growth and satisfaction
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships that can drive growth and expand the company's reach


  • Based in the Netherlands
  • Strong background in sales, with a proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships
  • Above basic knowledge of the crypto industry, NFTs, and blockchain technology, including their relevance and application within the gaming sector
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for clear and effective communication
  • Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to changing schedules as needed
  • Existing relationships with game developers, demonstrating a strong network within the game industry (a plus)
