Serwiskadra is fast-growing staffing agency connecting businesses with skilled workers from South Asia across industries like manufacturing, logistics, retail, and more. Trusted by clients including Polarica and PanelSerwis. We are selling solutions under two main brands that have been on the market in Poland for the past 8 years and now we are searching for a new Head of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth targets in line with company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and enterprise accounts.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to expand our client base and service offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecasts.
  • Budgets, KPI, P&L management
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B sales, preferably within the staffing, recruitment, or HR solutions industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and growing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of staffing models (permanent, contract, RPO, MSP, etc.).
  • Proven results in partnerships, including negotiating agreements, navigating complex organizations, onboarding partners, and managing/optimizing ongoing relationships
  • Understanding of market trends, analytics, customer needs and competitive intelligence data
  • Languages: Polish – fluent, English – C1/C2
  • Comfortable managing through change and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Drivers license is preferable in case of business trips
