Job Summary: The Privileged Access Management team is responsible for the management and delivery of the client's global strategic privileged access management platformThe team builds strategic capabilities, enabling transformation efforts, embedding quality in all systems and processes, and delivering the client's experience to stakeholders Position/Program Requirements Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4 Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:Working with Privileged Access Management technologiesTransitioning, maintaining, and using Security Technologies such as Endpoint Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Identity, and Access Management products, and Forensic toolsWorking in a central technology service organization and complex, matrix organizationWorking with multiple stakeholders across functional and various technical skill sets Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: Reviewing access requests from usersAnalyzing users' needs to make appropriate decisions for provisioning/de-provisioningWorking with Identity Management Tools to administer appropriate access to usersConducting Identity Hygiene activities to establish stale accounts are removed from the Identity Management environmentDefining Identity Governance in line with legal/regulatory frameworksEngaging with stakeholders to review access rights against operating manualsUnderstanding of security technology operational industry standardsApplying continuously independent judgment through collaborating with others and influencing others through a small team of direct reports, through work on projects and in teams, and/or through leading portions of larger projectsDeveloping less-experienced staff through coaching and written/verbal feedbackBuilding and maintaining relationships across a network of firms to effectively deliver Identity and Access management activitiesExecuting tasks aligned to Identity and Access Management with autonomy

Job Requirements:
Job Description for Secrets Support: Assist with core product support across all environments: Development (DEV), Test (TST), and Production (PRD) Must-Have: Knowledge of Linux (RHEL, CentOS), Cloud (at least one of the 3 major cloud providers), Identity & Access management experience, as it relates to the following:
  • General IT/Networks knowledge and experience
  • Hands-on experience in supporting Identity & Access Management solution
  • 2 years of experience in supporting one of the PAM tool (CyberArk PAM or HashiCorp Vault)
  • Desired: Experience with the following:
  • Secrets management tools
  • Azure AD
  • Azure DevOps
  • Jenkins
  • Terraform
  • Scripting (development, execution)
  • Experience with Identity Governance Products (SailPoint, Oracle, Saviynt etc.)
  • Proficiency with programming languages and technologies (Python, Bash, Git, Postman/REST APIs)
  • Preferred Skills: Good communication skills Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
  • Identifying trends and escalating issues to the appropriate contacts
  • Reporting and analyzing administrative, productivity, and operational data
  • Managing multiple conflicting deadlines and competing priorities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships within the team throughout the network
  • Strategic planning, controlling, maintaining, and monitoring of the privileged access management (PAM) infrastructure services, preferably across a global organization
  • Communicating with all levels of the organization
  • Resolving complex application and technology issues relating to assigned applications
  • Influencing others by leading the team and interacting with other IT organizations
