AI Summary

Your mission

wingmaite builds AI that helps European companies hold on to and use the knowledge that makes them good at what they do. We're early stage, AI-native, and at the point where the business needs to run as intelligently as the product.

You'll be the person who makes that happen. This is a founding role: you'll own both the revenue operations function and the AI and automation layer that powers the business team. There's no existing playbook, no inherited stack, and no one ahead of you in the function. You're building it.

The person we're looking for is operational by nature and genuinely excited about AI. Not as a buzzword, but as a tool that makes ops faster, smarter, and less dependent on manual work. You take ownership without being asked and you care about building things that actually work for the people who use them.

Tasks

What you'll be doing at wingmaite

  • Own the revenue operations function and use AI and automation to make every part of it work better: pipeline visibility, forecasting, CRM hygiene, reporting, and the processes that keep Sales, CS, and Marketing aligned
  • Build the GTM tech stack from scratch: choose the tools, integrate them, and automate the workflows that keep the business team moving without manual overhead
  • Turn operational pain points into working solutions: identify friction across the business team, prototype AI-powered workflows, and ship them to production
  • Create the reporting and dashboards that give leadership real-time revenue visibility, without anyone having to chase numbers manually
  • Define the processes, playbooks, and governance that make the whole system reliable and trusted
  • Work directly with our founders and the business team to stay close to what's needed and iterate fast

Requirements

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Enablement, or a related GTM ops role
  • Solid track record owning pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene, not just working within someone else's setup
  • Hands-on experience building automations and AI-powered workflows in a GTM or business operations context
  • Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of undefined problems, and driving things to completion
  • Strong communication skills in English (C1-C2), comfortable across technical and non-technical stakeholders
