Job Description

Growth Marketing Manager

Madison Reed is looking for a passionate and result-driven Growth Marketing Manager with deep experience in management & analysis of paid digital acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for managing, executing and analyzing performance, trends and opportunities within the Acquisition funnel to drive omnichannel growth for our online and Hair Color Bar businesses.

This position is fully remote. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in Pacific Coast time, and there may be future travel to HQ in San Francisco required.

What you'll do:

  • Manage new customer acquisition strategy, execution, analysis and agency relationships across various Acquisition channels (such as Facebook, YouTube, SEM, Affiliate/Partnerships) to drive omnichannel new customer growth.
  • Measure multitouch and lift-based attribution across channels and use results to maximize customer growth vs. budget goals
  • Develop and maintain performance reporting and analysis across Acquisition channels - work with internal teams and external partners to streamline and standardize reporting across channels and lines of business.
  • Own creative performance strategy & analysis across Acquisition channels; manage creative process with internal team and external agencies.
  • Serve as technical marketing expert on ad ops, shopping feeds, and pixels/tracking
  • Test everything! Conduct A/B testing in all aspects of paid acquisition & marketing, testing landing pages, creatives, copy, and other variables
  • Articulate and drive consensus across the org around growth strategies, results and "so what's"

Who you are:

  • 3-5 years of experience in analyst/associate roles in performance marketing (in-house acquisition or media agencies), managing Facebook and other channels.
  • A data-driven approach to performance marketing and experience utilizing large data sets to inform strategic decision making
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, specifically with Creative, Digital Product, Engineering and Finance.
  • Thoughtful articulation of strategy, results and best practices to all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Expert in Excel (V-lookup, Index Match, and Pivot Tables a must)
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
