Role Overview:
The Growth Marketing team at Chainguard is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own our lead nurture efforts, focused on converting existing database leads into pipeline opportunities. You'll work closely with teams across product marketing, content, and developer relations to strategically segment our database by persona, funnel stage, and more—crafting tailored messaging and content for each segment.
Responsibilities:
- Own the lead lifecycle from the time a lead enters our database to the time it becomes a closed won opportunity.
- Own the strategy and execution of our nurture, email, and webinar programs.
- Manage webinars from concept through promotion, logistics, and follow-up, including direct, 3rd party, and partner webinars.
- Drive creative and audience strategy, working with PMM and Content to ensure messaging and targeting are consistent across touchpoints.
- Use analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and surface insights to cross-functional stakeholders, fueling continuous improvements
- Assist with other growth initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B growth/demand generation marketing.
- Experience owning and taking growth initiatives from 0-1.
- Proven track record of running webinars that drive pipeline.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to own nurture campaigns (especially webinars), from start to finish, ensuring clear timelines, roles, and processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive accountability across teams.
- A data-driven approach to marketing, with an interest in testing and optimization.
