Job Title Growth Director Job Location REMOTE Job Type Direct Hire Employment Type Full-Time Regular Clearance Required Top Secret (currentor previous) Shift 1st shift Travel up to 10-25 Relocation Provided No Responsibilities bull Marketing Oversee all online marketing efforts (social media, email, ads, traditional media) and offline marketing efforts (hosting events, word of mouth, leveraging alumniambassadorsparents). bull Capture Oversee all capture efforts for all opportunities and handoff to the program team after award bull Business Development Oversee the business development efforts (track, maintain, and execute winning relationships). bull Sales Support both inbound leads (phone calls, text messages, email inquiries) and outbound leads. bull Develop and manage a robust pipeline to successfully meet revenue targets. bull Develop and monitor the companyrsquos growth strategy for all stages (marketing, capture, business development, sales), defining a roadmap for each marketing channel and maintaining consistent sales activity year-round. bull Collaborate with the program department to identify customer personas and translate our program and outcomes into external messaging and communications. bull Communicate strategies and results to the leadership team on a consistent basis bull Identify and establish relationships with key decisions makers within the government sector to secure new business opportunities. bull Work effectively with decision-makers to develop long term strategic relationships. bull Develop and build customer intimacy. bull Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of Ennoble First solutions. bull Work with designated Account Managers to maintain a high standard of service within new and existing contracts to ensure continued business. Qualifications bull Bachelorrsquos degree with a minimum of 10 yearsrsquo experience in growth marketing, capture, and business development role(s) working with the government market. bull Successful proven track record of winning multi-million-dollar programs. bull Experience setting, executing and iterating a growth strategy. bull Experience scaling customer acquisition, activation, and retention. bull Proven experience tracking analytics and exceeding sales KPIs. bull Significant experience or influential background within DOD and Intelligence communities strong influence with decision-makers working with the Intelligence agencies. bull Proven experience in online acquisition tactics and best practices.
