Seeking Experienced Multi-Family Real Estate Sr. Accountant | due to Company growth | $90k-$100k + Very Lucrative Bonuses | San Fernando Valley | GREAT BOSS!

REMOTE position until end of COVID, then combo work/office schedule

Direct Hire Position - You will work remotely during COVID restrictions. You will be provided with your laptop, all the tools you need, and Company IT assistance You will also receive $50/month towards your home internet expenses.

A short snapshot of what you do:

• Multi-Family real estate property management accounting duties
• Financial Reporting (for various management companies)
• Month-end close
• Review financial statements for multiple properties
• Construction Draw preparations to various lenders

Your Background/Experience/Education/Skills:

• BA/BA accounting degree or similar discipline
• 5+ years' or current/very recent MULTI-FAMILY Unit real estate accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP Accounting
• Ability to work with minimum supervision (this is a remote position)
