About the Role

Our client, a construction company manager is seeking a skilled graphic designer with excellent brochure design skills for a personal project. The primary objective is to create a compelling company brochure for the construction business. This is a single project with potential for follow-up work. The client is ready to hire immediately and would like the project completed within one to two weeks. The work will be done remotely, and the project is expected to take approximately one week.


  • Collaborate with the client to understand their vision, brand guidelines, and specific requirements for the construction company brochure.
  • Conceptualize and design an visually appealing and informative brochure layout that effectively communicates the company's services, expertise, and unique selling points.
  • Incorporate high-quality images, graphics, and typography that align with the company's brand identity and appeal to their target audience.
  • Ensure the brochure design is print-ready, with appropriate bleeds, trim lines, and file formats.
  • Provide multiple design concepts and iterations based on the client's feedback.


  • Proven experience as a senior graphic designer with a strong portfolio in brochure design.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and design principles.
  • Ability to create visually compelling and professional designs that effectively convey the client's message.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
