Role: Graphic Designer
Hours: 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time
Hourly Wage: $5 - $9 (Open to negotiation based on experience)

As a Graphic Designer at Lago, you will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing our brand’s visual identity. You will work closely with marketing, product development, and retail teams to create compelling designs that resonate with our customers and elevate their shopping experience. This position demands creativity, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of retail trends, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for producing a variety of visual assets, including digital and print materials, packaging designs, advertisements, social media content, and in-store graphics. Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching graphics for marketing campaigns, in-store displays, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that align with brand strategy.
• Design and oversee the production of packaging, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
• Produce high-quality digital content for social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
• Develop typography and layout for promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters.
• Work closely with product development teams to create design solutions that enhance product appeal.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor visual approaches to innovate our design strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role in the retail industry or related field.

• Strong proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization.
