A day in the life:

  • You must be eager to learn, challenge yourself on a daily basis, and contribute to the creative efforts of client campaigns. This position mainly focuses on the execution of design deliverables with a goal to grow your digital marketing mindset while working alongside a team of fellow designers, editors and strategists.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
  • Work closely with a team of designers, editors, and ACDs in the execution of all design deliverables for your pod and owned accounts
  • Collaborate with our Creative & Marketing teams to craft creative & engaging designs/content across various marketing channels
  • Areas of focus include: Social Media, Paid Advertising, Email, Content Marketing, Infographics and Branding
  • Maintain an organized workflow and keep to deadlines across multiple projects
  • Receive and incorporate feedback from from stakeholders throughout the review process
  • Apply learnings from Power metrics & other creative content that's out in the world
  • Keep a pulse on design trends + implementing them into client’s content strategy in a timely manner

 

Role Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in design and creative
  • A strong understanding of visual design, branding, and the digital landscape
  • Attention to detail on all work, timelines, and communication with fellow team members
  • Confidence in your ability to communicate with your team(s) and clients 
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc. 
  • Ability to multitask & be flexible in day-to-day tasks within an agency culture

  • Own 100% of Graphic Design work for up to 10 clients
  • Meet weekly projection (15 tasks/week)
  • Zero (0) Avoidable Errors
  • Zero (0) Late Submission

 

Most Important Things (MITs)

  • Deliver high quality graphic designs during design phases of marketing projects
  • Delivering project phase completion (design) on time, within the projected timeline
  • Utilize modern trends, techniques, and strategies in graphic design to provide the best possible product for our clients
