Our client is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting families who have chosen to carry a child with a life-limiting diagnosis. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Grant Writer to join our team on a remote basis.


  • Research, identify, and pursue grant opportunities that align with the mission and goals of
  • Write compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and grant reports to secure funding for the organization's programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop grant budgets and ensure accurate financial projections in grant proposals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of grant application guidelines, deadlines, and requirements.
  • Cultivate relationships with grant-making organizations, donors, and stakeholders to enhance funding opportunities for the organization.
  • Work closely with program staff to gather relevant data, stories, and impact metrics for inclusion in grant applications.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on grant activities, successes, and challenges to the executive team.


  • Strong written English skills with exceptional attention to detail and grammar.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in grant writing for non-profit organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to research, identify, and respond to grant opportunities effectively.
  • Commitment to the organization's stance on life and supportive of its mission to support families facing life-limiting diagnoses.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with grant management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in US time zone preferred or at least 50% overlap to be able to communicate live with the team as needed


  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1500 / month
Schedule: Generally 9 am - 5 pm CST
