Our client is a dynamic real estate investment firm based in Waco, Texas, committed to transforming single-family properties into safe, beautiful homes for families. Founded in 2019, our client prioritizes exceptional customer service and innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of their clients.


  • Lead the development and optimization of marketing funnels, webpages, forms, and automations using the GoHighLevel platform.
  • Utilize extensive experience to build GoHighLevel systems from scratch, ensuring custom solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable GoHighLevel solutions.
  • Participate in client calls to provide expertise and support in setting up and managing accounts within GoHighLevel.
  • Work alongside the executive assistant to manage internal CRM systems and client CRMs, ensuring seamless integration with GoHighLevel.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest GoHighLevel capabilities and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Leverage expertise in automation tools such as Slack, Canva, and social media platforms to streamline processes and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Provide training and support to team members on GoHighLevel functionalities and best practices, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.


  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in building GoHighLevel systems from scratch, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful implementations.
  • Advanced technical skills in creating funnels, webpages, forms, and automation within the GoHighLevel platform.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems and managing internal and client CRMs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding innovative solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.


  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1500 / month
Schedule: Generally 9 am - 5 pm PST
