Date Posted:2021-08-30-07:00Country:United States of AmericaLocation:HNC01: UTAS Headquarters (HS) 2730 West Tyvola Road, Charlotte, NC, 28217 USAThis Business Analyst will be focused on the SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) area: developing, designing, and supporting:Extensive understanding and configuration experience in SAP GTS Compliance and Customs Management including sanctioned parties' lists (SPL), legal regulations, licensing, classifications, and tariff schemes. Needs to understand BAPI's, function modules, and SAP/GTS tables to provide solutions for GTS issues and enhancements. This individual can work remote or onsite at any of our Collins Aerospace locations. Primary Responsibilities: The responsible person will contribute as a key analyst supporting both production and implementation tasks/activities. The analyst will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, planning, developing, testing, documenting, and implementing processes within a variety of business units.Troubleshoot and perform basic debugging of SAP programs to solve application or configuration issues.Requirements gathering, SAP design development, data mapping and conversion; including writing of functional specifications, system configuration, unit & integration testing.Development of training materials and test scripts, go-live activation, and ongoing user support.Create and implement management changes associated with business process redesign.Lead business transformation for redefining processes and capturing requirements.Troubleshoot common day to day issues while working with the business stakeholders through resolution to ensure the agreed to OLA's are met with qualityMaintains active communication with business users and stakeholders to manage expectations regarding change to the system and the introduction of new and enhanced functionalityManages multiple priorities and successfully completes multiple projects Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience ORAdvanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience ORIn absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is requiredMust be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holderMust be willing to travel 10%-15% of the timePreferred Qualifications:Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.Ability to work well in a virtual team environment with peers, business partners and end users.Self-directed and experienced with minimal management oversight.Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers, peers and team members.Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple customers, business partners and business priorities.Ability to lead in a fast moving, high pressure software development and deployment environment.Ability to negotiate with business and resolve internal and external conflicts.Experience/knowledge working in the Aerospace & Defense industry is a plusGTS experience is a plusCollins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
