Job Overview: Neo4j is looking to hire a Global Technical Alliances Manager to develop and manage our ISV ecosystem. This role will work closely with the Worldwide VP of Indirect Sales to further develop our ISV partnerships and build a scalable program for prospective ISVs. We are looking for a technical self-starter who is ready to own the business end to end. The Technical Alliance Manager works closely with our Product Development, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams in building relationships and solutions that leverage existing and new integrations with our various technology partners.

You will excel in this role if you are passionate about learning new technologies, have a software engineering/architecture background, and someone who can forge consensus and buy-in across multiple organizations.  A major part of the role will be coaching Partner ISV product and development teams on how to design and build integrations to the Neo4j graph data platform.

Outcomes:

  • Own key strategic partner relationships and develop GTM plans encompassing all aspects of the partnership (integration, documentation, marketing, co-selling/ positioning)
  • Identify leading partners in emerging categories
  • Manage and grow the inbound ISV ecosystem. Develop playbooks and processes to successfully self-serve smaller ISVs not considered “strategic”
  • Use data and work with field teams to understand partner footprint, key co-customers, use cases, design patterns, etc
  • Demonstrated success in working effectively with partners and our field teams to deliver value with partners
  • Grow and shape the portfolio of ISV ecosystem integrations to the Neo4j graph data platform
  • Work as a technical and Program liaison to formalize and strengthen key alliances.
  • Develop a roadmap for key Tech alliances in Neo4j’s ecosystem based on market research, and input from product management, engineering, and partner marketing teams. 

Qualifications:

  • Strong empathy for customers and partners
  • Proven track record of building successful partnerships. We need someone ready to drive the development of a best-in-class partner ecosystem
  • Prior experience working with partners
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • A technical background in software development
  • Knowledge of the Data & AI software ecosystem and cloud technologies is a strong plus
  • Prior experience building data integrations, services, Java & Neo4j fluency a plus
