Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients for logistics services over various communication channels.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities targeting German-speaking clients.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand trends and opportunities within the logistics sector.
- Meet and exceed defined sales goals and targets.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure top-notch service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer support and address client inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, with preference for candidates from the logistics or supply chain sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Self-starter attitude with a focus on achieving results.
- Understanding of logistics services to effectively meet client requirements.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
