Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for German-speaking clients needing IT assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Accurately document client interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with IT teams to facilitate efficient service resolutions.
• Offer training and support on software and hardware for customers.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to improve IT service delivery.
• Maintain a strong customer focus to foster positive client relationships.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in IT support or a related technical field is preferred.
• Solid understanding of IT systems, products, and service delivery.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to convey complex technical information in a straightforward manner.
• Familiarity with IT support software and CRM applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and dedication to customer service excellence.
