Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and service skills.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall customer support processes.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the company’s values in every interaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Proactive and positive approach with a desire to help others.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in Athens, Greece.
