We are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for Transportation Services, working remotely from Greece. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about providing high-quality customer service and who thrive in a dynamic, virtual environment.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding transportation services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with booking inquiries, service details, and fare information.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a prompt and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the operational team to ensure all customer needs are met and service quality is maintained.
  • Educate clients on service offerings and provide information on safety protocols.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours as needed to support customer service operations.
