Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for Transportation Services who will work remotely while based in the beautiful surroundings of Greece. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries and assist customers with any issues or concerns related to transportation services.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of products and services.
- Offer feedback and suggestions for process improvements and efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and open to learning.
- Willingness to adapt to a new cultural experience while living and working in Greece.
