Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding banking products and services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, banking transactions, and service-related questions.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience for each client.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document issues appropriately.
- Collaborate with the banking team to address complex inquiries and enhance service delivery.
- Educate clients about banking policies and new product offerings to improve client engagement.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements and operational enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in customer support, particularly within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
