This position allows you to provide exceptional customer support from the comfort of your home while working for a prestigious global airline, ensuring travelers have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, ticket changes, travel advisories, and general travel-related questions.
- Provide timely updates and resolve any issues related to flights, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various teams to facilitate smooth travel experiences for customers.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system to maintain comprehensive service records.
- Stay informed about the airline's policies, promotions, and services to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or aviation industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to function well in high-pressure situations and think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
