Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the financial sector via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Support customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, transactions, and other financial service-related matters.
- Provide clear information and guidance on financial products and services, empowering clients to make informed decisions.
- Record and document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and empower customers.
- Monitor customer feedback trends to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
- Adhere to industry regulations and company policies in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the financial sector.
- Solid knowledge of financial products and services is highly advantageous.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
