Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries from German-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist clients with questions regarding their accounts, banking services, and other financial products.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the bank’s offerings to effectively assist customers.
- Accurately log customer interactions and actions in the system for record-keeping purposes.
- Collaborate with peers to enhance customer service practices and improve client satisfaction.
- Engage in training and development opportunities to grow your expertise in banking.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in customer service or a banking environment is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high service standards.
