Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by resolving issues and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Educate customers about our products and services, helping them make informed choices that meet their needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure proper follow-up and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with teammates to share insights and develop strategies for enhancing the customer experience.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
  • Engage in training sessions to advance your customer service skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle inquiries with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant tech tools.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a remote work setting.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Team player with a strong willingness to collaborate and share best practices.
